Aligned
2 and 3 befriend each other. The Moon keeps the relationship and Jupiter teaches into it; practitioners read the pair as a natural fit for education, healthcare and counsel, because trust and knowledge sell together in those trades.
- 2 regards 3: friend
- 3 regards 2: friend
- Pair grade: Aligned (F)
- Two founders on these Origin and Master numbers: composite +10, Aligned
As co-founders
As co-founders, the 2 regards the 3 as friend and the 3 regards the 2 as friend, which grades the pair Aligned. Practitioners give the 2 HR, diplomacy, back office (not sales) and the 3 PR, training, content, advertising, finance calculations; the pair works while each keeps to that side of the room.
Roles: 2 takes HR, diplomacy, back office (not sales); 3 takes PR, training, content, advertising, finance calculations.
As name and founder
A business name totalling to 2 for a founder whose Origin and Master numbers are 3 reads Strong; the reverse, a 3 name for a 2 founder, reads Strong. Both directions support each other, so either digit can carry the letterhead for the other.
A 2 name for a 3 founder reads Strong; A 3 name for a 2 founder reads Strong.
As phone digits
In a phone number the digits 23 and 32 both read opposed, pairs a line is respelled to avoid. Phone Line reads all nine pairs together, since one pair never decides a line.
23 reads opposed; 32 reads opposed.
What to do about it
The 3 fronts the teaching and the 2 runs the care and the back office. Keep 6 off the partner list, since the 3 opposes it, and 4, 8 and 9 off it since the 2 does; a 1 or a 5 is the third seat both befriend.
Sectors that favour both: Media, entertainment and content, Education and EdTech, Consulting and professional services, Healthcare, pharma and wellness, Travel and hospitality, Restaurants and food service.
