Why some partnerships argue about who decides

A golden-ratio spiral with digits around a star

Two capable founders, one company, and an argument that returns every quarter about authority, pace or money. Practitioners trace most of these to an Origin-number pair the friendship table reads as opposed, or to one of the nine pairs practitioners refuse outright.

The reason

The directional friendship table reads how each number regards each other number, and it is not symmetric, because a friendship given is not always a friendship returned. The Partner Check doubles the Origin-to-Origin reading, adds the Master numbers and the cross readings, and grades the pair from Aligned to Adverse; refusal pairs such as 1 and 8 or 4 and 8 are shown above the score because practitioners refuse them regardless. The remedy ladder starts with roles, not with exits.

Frequently asked
We are already partners. Is a refusal pair a verdict?
No. It is the reason the friction feels structural. The ladder starts with re-assigning roles and adding a compatible third voice; exit is the last rung rather than the first.
Can a company name fix a bad pair?
It helps. Three or more founders are told to put the company name on a 5, the digit every number befriends.
Do you need our names?
Dates of birth are enough; names only label the rows.
