The three tiers of dates
Practitioners rate 1, 5 and 6 as the best date numbers for anyone, 3 and 9 next, 7 workable, and 2, 4 and 8 to avoid, with one exception: a 3 founder finds 6 adverse. The founder's own chart overrides the generic list, and a date number opposed to the Origin or Master number is struck out rather than scored low.
A worked example
This part is worked out by the calculators: open the calculator.
The weekday's planet
Sunday carries 1, Monday 2, Tuesday 9, Wednesday 5, Thursday 3, Friday 6 and Saturday 8. No weekday carries 4 or 7. A weekday whose number the Origin number opposes costs points; a weekday whose number matches the date number earns a bonus.
The personal year and month
The personal year rates the year on the launch ladder; the personal month is read against the Origin number. A 4 or 7 personal year is the year the tradition says not to launch, whatever the date.
The weights
Date number 28, weekday 16, personal year 22, personal month 8, name resonance 14, and a sixth component of 6 for founders who are 7 or 8. Missing inputs spread the weights rather than adding zeros.
