The smallest sufficient edit
Name Variants finds respellings within two edits; the Respelling Check offers the one-edit variant with the highest score. Practitioners prefer the nearest good compound to the ideal one, because the goodwill of the old name is kept.
Activation
Signboard, invoices, email signature, social handles. A legal filing is not required, because the name that counts is the one people read.
What a rename does not fix
A partner in a refusal pair, a launch in a 4 year, a phone that closes on 00. Read the whole chart before spending the goodwill of the old name.
